We work with our clients to put them in a strong negotiating position by using our network of property professionals who can organise surveys, finance and conveyancing at a moment's notice. Whether purchasing a private home or an investment property, we make sure our clients are at the front of the queue.

We also search for rental properties – either as a temporary solution for those seeking to buy a home or as a longer term prospect for those on a secondment to the capital. We put the same effort into finding our clients the perfect rental property as we put into finding a property to purchase. We ensure it meets each of our client’s needs, is well managed and located. In short, we are not satisfied until our clients are.

Some of our clients may have already found a property themselves be it privately or on the market and look to us for expertise on negotiating the best possible terms and to advise on value. For this service we are happy to offer a reduced fee where we have not been involved in the search element of the transaction.
