When we set up the company there were only a few buying agencies, now there are over 100 covering the prime areas of central London.

I am often asked the question, when choosing a buying agency, what precisely should you be looking for? My advice is experience and an in depth knowledge of the area and type of property. This can’t be gleaned in a few years but over decades of working in the market place and personally having inspected the individual houses and apartments that make up the prime central London market.

What we do is source the best that is available, both on and off the market and give advice on what to pay in the prevailing market conditions and if the price being sought is too high, our clients are aware of this before concluding a contract to purchase.
